@AerLingus surely there must be an easier way to boo a bicycle on an aer lingus flight. Waiting forever on call to customer services is terrible. Other airlines such as Ryanair allow you to add bikes online

@bookingcom Hi. I provided more than enough information for you to investigate the issue that the account of one of your hotels was compromised and scammers were using your platform to try and trick your users into sending them money. It is disappointing to get this reply some 2 days later
@bookingcom you need to do more to prevent these scammers who seem to be taking over the accounts of hotels and sending “card verification” links to people with bookings
