S&P 500 is trading near one of its largest deviations above 200 EMA in recent years

History shows these gaps rarely last forever

Eventually, price rebalances

And today's setup looks familiar:

• Buyback support beginning to fade
• 70+ days of near one-way upside
• Institutions quietly reducing exposure

The issue isn't rally

The issue is that market is becoming increasingly stretched

My next major downside zone remains around 5,600-5,800

Once that reset happens, a move toward 8,500-9,000 becomes much more realistic

But first, market likely needs a meaningful correction

$INTC- Stock making a flag breakout pattern on the daily. Stock had a strong move on Friday. Looking for calls above $130 for a move towards $150 and higher. Multiple July 17th calls coming in $150 strike.

$MRVL- Stock flagging on the daily and on high watch for a breakout with multiple call buyers stepping in. calls above $285 looking good for a move towards $300 and higher.

$HOOD - Stock has a weekly gap to fill from $96 to $99.75. Looking for gap fill and more upside above $100 for a move towards $110 and higher. Stock is at a flat resistance at $96.

$DELL- Stock in a flag pattern on the daily similar to MRVL. looking for calls above $300 for a move towards $325 and $350. Stock is decent at the indicator level.

$DAL - Stock to benefit from failing oil prices. With the deal done with Iran, Stock hitting all time highs in the overnight market. Looking for a move towards $90 and higher if $85 holds.

$JPM- Bank stock making a strong move last week. Stock breaking out here. Looking for calls as long as $320 holds for a move towards $335 and $350.

$RCL- Stock breaking above $300 resistance level in overnight hours. Looking for a an upside move towards $315 and higher if that level. Stock is decent at indicator level.

$ROKU - exploring strategic options, including sale of company, per Reuters. Stock flying on friday. Swing calls added in the group. Looking for more upside above $150 and puts below $140. High watch.

$PANW- Stock held $260 support level and bouncing off. Looking for a retest of $300 level on the daily. Calls looking good as long as $280 holds.

$ARM - Stock making a strong bounce off $300 level. Watching for $370 level for support here. Calls looking good if that level holds for a move towards $400 and higher.
