"We in the NDC will not go to court after the elections..the judiciary has been captured. The election would be decided at the polls. We shall vote and protect our votes, the Kano style. If they refuse to count our votes, maybe they would count our bodies”
@JustEniola01 "She said if I can abstain, there are certain demands I will place on God, and he will answer”
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The same I AM?
He'll do what he wants and there's nothing you can do.
Petty theft should not be condoned; however, the true targets of your outrage should be the major offenders who flaunt wealth stolen from the public. They are the ones deserving of your anger, rather than a person driven to steal bread.
I do not need a soft life.
I just need to know my life pleases God.
I do not need people to like me.
I just need to know God favours me.
I do not need to be great.
I just need to know God is pleased with my work.
I do not need to know what tomorrow holds.
I just need to know my God will never leave me.
A brother just accused me of reading my bible like an atheist.
😭😭😭
Why? Because I said the words of Eliphaz the Temanite and his friends to Job do not count as doctrine because God’s verdict is clear.
One of the greatest theological misdirections of the ’90s and 2000s was convincing believers that their career is their purpose.
We were taught from childhood to pray until we discovered whether our “purpose” was medicine, tech, business, law, or the arts. Occupation was confused with purpose. Career was confused with ministry.
The children of then are now the adults of now that need motivation to pray, preach the gospel, and make disciples, as though these are optional activities for a special few.
The New Testament doesn’t tell believers to find their purpose. It gives them one.
Pray. Preach Christ. Make disciples.
This is the believer’s purpose - to know Christ and make Him known.
