@TheMigraineShow Yep! That locker pretty much houses all exclusive preorder stuff! The only non-preorder stuff you could find in there is a psychoscope if you’re using new game+ where you import your mods from another campaign, but if you’re on your first run, it’s all preorder! Hope this helps!
