@StandardBankZA the walls & floors are getting worse by the day yet no response.Probably best to go to the ombudsman now.the damage is getting worse &you will then say you cant cover. This damage could be avoided had you done something when your people detected the leak 😡😤

@StandardBankZA insurance is the WORST ever. Lodged a complaint last year around November. They fixed a broken pipe but left half my bathroom un tiled. New complaint about two months ago about a new leak.. still no feedback.🥱My floors are now damaged due to leakage 😤
