Pastor Nihad, a former Kurdish Muslim, says he encountered Jesus while imprisoned by the Syrian government for political reasons. He described being trapped in a tiny cell, unable to move, with numb hands and severe pain in his body. In desperation, he remembered reading about Jesus healing the lame and prayed, “Jesus, if You are real, help me.”

Nihad says he then saw a vision of a person dressed in white entering his prison cell with a bowl of olive oil. As the oil was poured over his body, he says the pain began to leave. At one of his lowest moments, when he felt hopeless and wanted to die, the figure told him, “You are My beloved, and I love you so much.”

He later recognized the person in the vision as Jesus because he had previously read about Him in a book by Billy Graham. Six months later, Nihad was released from prison, and he now shares his testimony around the world as a former Muslim who found freedom, healing, and hope in Christ.

1. Most biblical stories have archaeological proofs.
2. Most ancient histories have flood stories.
3. Some recent documentaries have shown that te Grand Canyon in America are as a result of a universal floodings with clear and unmistakable geological formations.

In your attempt to portray the bible as clearly leading to Christ, do not put down or disparage the scriptures as mere fables or fiction.

Don't create another doctrine out of it.
This is Jesus speaking of himself and the father. They are one.
Jesus had a deep and telling discussion with Philip. This totally answers it.
To have seen me is to have seen the father. Jesus is the Father manifested on earth.

The Christian was sealed with the Holy Spirit. That seal cannot be broken. Not by him or anyone.
The Christian is a new creature. That cannot be uncreated.
A saved Spirit cannot be unsaved.

If Jesus himself said, I give them eternal life, they shall never perish. Neither shall anyone snatch them from my hands. Why are you disputing Jesus own specific words?

If you are saved and have received the Holy Spirit, you cannot leave the faith.
You may decide to be faithless, deny the faith or whatever. But the faith can never leave you. It's indelible.

II Timothy 2:13

A Christian is one that God has come to live in and he is like God.
The word Christian means "Christ Like". This means having the nature of Jesus Christ who is God. So a Christian is one that has the exact nature of God.
This nature is not gotten by the performance of some man made rituals or keeping of rules and regulations. This nature is created in any man that believes and confesses the Lordship of Jesus Christ. This will happen to anyone across any human race, religion or belief.

Christianity is CHRIST IN YOU. That is not a religion, that is a life

Many who had been waiting for many years to get their good news will get it this month
Expect fresh rains and fresh dews all over the church
Those who have been knocking for long shall experience the thrill of open doors
Autism, Speech delay, and other issues with speech and the voice box shall be cleared completely
It shall be a month of clarity and purposeful movement
The Throne Room shall be a dwelling place of delight for so many consciously

My faith is alive, active, and prevailing; circumstances align with my faith-filled confessions, and I rule, reign, and dominate my world by my faith. As Christians, we ought to apply our faith in God’s Word to deal with situations and challenges. In the faith’s hall of fame, the Bible talks about certain men and women who, through their faith, performed great feats for the Kingdom of God (Hebrews 11:32-33). These apostles of faith subdued kingdoms and did supernatural things in their time; they ruled their world!

The Bible talked about how they wrought righteousness, meaning when others conformed to error, they stood their ground for the truth and prevailed. They were like the children of Issachar, who the Bible says had an understanding of the times (1 Chronicles 12:32).
By your faith, you too can do great things in your world today. You can work righteousness and breathe life back into situations that were hitherto dead. Through your faith, you can revive that business that’s been grounded! You can perform so well in your business or career that the world will marvel at you. Faith is your currency; rule your world with it.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth (John 1:14).
God spoke the Word in recreating and restoring order to the earth after it became a dark, chaotic mass. In the midst of the darkness and chaos, He said, “Let there be light,” and light became (Genesis 1:3). The Word that gave light to the world became flesh, and dwelt amongst us in the person of Jesus.

The Lord Jesus walked the streets of Galilee, Capernaum, and Jerusalem, as the Word in human form. He lived as the Word and did everything He did with and through the Word. He healed the sick with the Word. He raised the dead with the Word, and cast out devils with the Word. He only had to speak words, and miracles ensued.
Recall how He raised Lazarus from the dead, a man who had been dead and buried for four days and who surely must have begun to decompose. When Jesus called out, “…Lazarus, come forth” (John 11:43), the man who had been dead came out alive! How awesome! Jesus lived and triumphed with words, showing us how to live in this world.

When He needed to feed the multitude, and all that was available was a little boy’s lunch (five loaves of bread and two fish), He spoke words (Matthew 14:17-21). He took the loaves of bread and fish, and invoked the power of multiplication into them, and they became more than enough to feed five thousand men, women, and children, not counted, with twelve baskets as leftovers.
He’s given us the same life wherein we triumph with words. He said in Mark 11:23, “You shall have what you say.” You can speak life to your job, finances, health, and family, and cause miracles to happen. When you speak over any situation, your words prevail. You’re a king, and where the word of a king is, there’s power (Ecclesiastes 8:4). Rule your world and dominate circumstances with words.

The Lord Jesus, while He walked this earth, lived such an exemplary life of faith. His confidence and apparent mastery over life’s circumstances is awe inspiring. He dazzled everyone with His extraordinary life of dominion. On a certain occasion, His disciples couldn’t help but ask out loud, in utter amazement: “…What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him” (Luke 8:25).

Luke 8:23-24 records for us the occasion that prompted this question from the disciples: “But as they sailed, he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.” Observe closely what the Master did: He rebuked the wind and the raging waves; that means He spoke words. He actually said, “…peace, be still” (Mark 4:39), and there was a great calm.

This gives us an insight into how He prevailed over circumstances. He ruled negative circumstances with faith-filled words. He spoke words, and blind eyes opened up, maimed limbs were restored, and deaf ears were unstopped. He spoke, and Lazarus, who was already dead and buried for four days, came back to life. He did all these to show that we can do the same; for as He is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).

No wonder He said in John 14:12, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do….” Rise up today and proclaim victory over that unpleasant situation. Proclaim victory in your health, family, finances, business, academics, job, etc. Declare that greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. Rule and frame your world with faith-filled words, and watch your life move from one degree of glory to another.

He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls (Proverbs 25:28).
The Bible says in 2 Peter 1:5-6, “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness.” “Temperance” in the scripture above is the Greek word “egkrateia,” which means holding yourself in. It also means self-control; the ability to keep your cool and maintain your composure even when others try to ride roughshod over you.

Imagine you were driving, and a careless driver bumped your car. Instead of apologising, he even got abusive. What would you do? Would you pour invectives at him? Some may even alight from their car to engage in a brawl. No! That’s not for the Christian. Irrespective of the situation, restrain yourself from any form of altercation or bandy of words. This doesn’t mean you’re naïve; rather, you’re simply living out your true nature—the Christ-nature and kingly life in you.
As a Christian, you can’t afford to live carelessly; you must be able to hold yourself in from doing or saying things that could cast a dent in your Christian character. Consciously train yourself to exercise moderation in all things.

An athlete who’s gunning for a new record at the games, for example, can’t afford to live carelessly prior to the games, because it’ll affect his performance. There are things he’d have to endure to keep fit. He may not like some of those things, but because he has his eyes on the prize, he’d have to endure them. This is the picture the Word creates for us in admonishing that you add temperance to your faith.
It’s not okay to do whatever you feel like doing; always hold yourself from within. If you couldn’t do it, God wouldn’t have asked you to. Self-control is in your spirit, and to be activated when the need arises. Someone without self-control is like a city without walls, which the enemy can plunder at any time. Don’t be that way. Fortify yourself, your life, your spirit, against the adversary, and one of the ways to do that is to have rule over your spirit: self-control.

Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth (Proverbs 6:2).
There is a spiritual language for the Christian. That’s why, as a child of God, you ought to practice speaking the Word only, and always, because the supernatural life is based on your tongue. Your tongue rules your life. The Apostle James likened the tongue to the rudder of a great ship, which the captain uses to direct the ship wherever he wants (James 3:4-5).

In Matthew 12:36-37, Jesus said, “But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Literally, this means a man will go to heaven or hell because of his tongue-work; what he said or didn’t say. The Apostle Paul’s words on salvation in Romans 10:8-10 buttress this: “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Your life is the character of your words. If a man’s words are confusing, his life will be confusing as well. In the same vein, if your words are wholesome, your life will be perfect, excellent, and inspiring. Proverbs 15:4 says, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life….” Watch your words—your confessions—they control your future. Proverbs 12:18 says, “…the tongue of the wise is health.” You can keep yourself in health, peace, and safety with your words.
Talk faith, success, and increase! 1 Peter 3:10 says, “For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.” Keeping your lips from evil means keeping them from speaking fear, doubt, and unbelief. If you’ve found yourself in poverty, sickness, or anything that’s contrary to the good life that’s been given to you in Christ, it’s because you’re not using your mouth right. It’s time for you to change things.
The Bible says to let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 3:16). Fill your heart with God’s Word and let it come out of your mouth. With the Word in your mouth, you can frame or recreate your world. Keep talking the Word. Keep charting your victorious course through the power of your words.

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith (Mark 11:23).
Proverbs 6:2 says, “Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.” This scripture underscores the precarious situation many have found themselves in today. They’ve been taken captive by their negative confessions; bound by their words. However, if you’ve been taught right, you’ll think right, and the result of that is, you’ll talk right. Moreover, when you talk right, you’ll act right. When you talk right and act right, your life will turn out right.

Our confessions rule us. When it comes to words, there’s no such thing as “I didn’t quite mean what I said.” Jesus said you shall have what you say; so don’t say it if you didn’t mean it.
Consciously speak in consonance with the Word always—over your life, finances, business, health, etc. Proverbs 18:20 says, “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.” Here, the scripture isn’t talking about the size of your lips, but the words of wisdom pouring out of your mouth.
Proverbs 18:21 tells us, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” This means you can speak life and reap a harvest of good things. Whatever you believe and voice out with your mouth is what’s going to happen in your life. This is a law of the spirit, and it works, whether or not you believe it.

A lot of Christians still do not understand God's priority in sending Jesus Christ into the world to save us from our sins.

They think Jesus came so that born-again Christians can become the Spiritual Police of Heaven or the gatekeepers of heaven whose duty is to catch sinners and stop them from accessing heaven and the benefits of Christ due to the things they had done, which the believer believes were wrong.

Even if the person committed murder in this life, does that give any believer the right to insist the person must go to hell and never find redemption for their soul?

Why do we have prison ministries? Why do we get sent to minister to known criminals who had done very grievous things and had accumulated wealth and attained positions of strength and power in society with the message of salvation, even though we know they had done despicable things?

Jonah was meditating on the word of God all by himself when the voice of God came to him and sent him to Nineveh to preach the repentance of sin.

Nineveh was the capital of Assyria, the seat of the government of pagans who had troubled many nations and kingdoms, including Israel, for several generations.

Many of us may take a look at the story told by the Prophet Isaiah (Isaiah 36 and 37) and the book of Kings (2 Kings 18 and 19).
Sennacherib, the King of Assyria, whose palace was in Nineveh, came to Israel to boast and make demands that do not denigrate the people of God, but also troubled the king and citizens of Israel to the core.

In human understanding and reasoning, God should not extend a hand of fellowship, forgiveness, repentance, and love to such people.

The right thing in human reasoning is to punish such a nation and destroy it totally, according to the word of God, which states that the wicked shall be cut off from the earth because God loves righteousness.

Jonah couldn't believe that God would rather call Nineveh to repentance rather than destroy the nation. He decided by himself not to deliver the message; he felt God was being unfair!

The prodigal son's older brother also felt this way. He was the faithful son who never strayed, who had lived a holy and consecrated life since he was born.
He never gave his father a minute of trouble, and he had always been obedient

His brother, however, had always been wild and heady. A willful young man who consistently defied their father and troubled his soul. A cancer that ought to be cut off completely!

This brother collected his birthright while their father was still alive!
Who does that?
Who dares tell the living to share his properties as if he were dead?
His father indulged him, and he left home.

Naturally, his father should consider him dead. Delete his memory. Wear sack clothes and mourn over him. Disown him and forget about him.
That young man crossed THE LINE OF NO RETURN.

He left home without looking back.
As far as the brother was concerned, his brother was dead.
The father, however, kept vigil over the soul of his son daily
What he collected was not the issue
She got pregnant was never the issue
He committed fraud was not the issue
The issue was not in the action of the person; the issue is in the heart of the father towards the person.

The same reason God sent his only begotten son to die for the sins of the whole world, despite the fact that he had never tasted sin, and he was not born of the seed of sin

That same reason is why the born-again Christian is an ambassador of restoration, reconciliation, and love, and not an ambassador of sin or a gatekeeper of heaven who determines who can enter and who cannot enter.

Jonah the Prodigal Son's older brother's reactions were valid, but they were unacceptable to God and the father!

God compelled Jonah to go to Nineveh despite his misgivings and obvious disobedience. Jonah was forced to preach repentance and the nation of Nineveh repented even though he didn't want them to.

Jonah got so angry after that, he asked God to kill him. (Jonah 4:2-3)

He prayed to the Lord, “Isn’t this what I said, Lord, when I was still at home? That is what I tried to forestall by fleeing to Tarshish. I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love, a God who relents from sending calamity. 3 Now, Lord, take away my life, for it is better for me to die than to live.”

The Father said to his son "“But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.

“Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. ‘Your brother has come,’ he replied, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’

“The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’

31 “‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. 32 But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found

Many Christians today act like Jonah and the brother of the Prodigal Son.
A father determines the fate of his child.
A son has no say in the destiny of his brother.

Jacob tried to determine the destiny of Esau, and he failed woefully.

Consecration, Holiness, Right living, and other valid Christian doctrines are taught and preached for personal development in one's walk with God.
They are not weapons or stones that we throw at other people like Pharisees condemning the woman caught in Adultery.

In the woman's case, Jesus demonstrated that the heart of God was not to condemn but to redeem.

God is love!

PS: I know many Christians don't understand this yet. I do not condemn them for not doing so. It took me years to come to the infallible understanding of the love of God and why those of us who are truly like him would never stop others from enjoying the fellowship of believers or prevent them from experiencing the joy in the fellowship of the Spirit.

I am happy the Gospel is finally finding expression. We made believers beggars. We made people that should be casting out demons believe that they have demons.

It’s not fair really. We are created for more. We should be ministers and the Gospel in Nigeria and Africa at large has made Christians the ones to be ministered to. We cry for mercy day and night instead of us to be dispensers of Mercy.

Last month when I saw this scripture on perfecting the saints again, I cried.

People that should be healing are now beggars. Not fair on God.

Something changed about Orokpo, remember I told you guys. He’s abandoned that brand of gospel that make believers weaklings.

One afternoon, my phone rang.

The voice on the other side was cold.

He mentioned my full name with so much hatred and asked..

“Are you the one?

Immediately, something rose inside me.

I replied calmly,
“That man died a long time ago.”

Silence.

Then he ended the call.

A few minutes later, I called him back.

I repeated it again.

“He died years ago. I can even take you to where he died.”

This time, fear entered his voice.

He quickly cut the call again.

After several missed calls from me, he finally answered and started apologizing.

“Sorry sir, wrong number.”

I laughed softly.

“No. The name you mentioned sounds familiar. Tell me why you were looking for him.”

There was silence again.

Then slowly, he confessed.

Someone had paid him to eliminate me.

He had followed me for days.
Studied my movements.
Waited for the right opportunity.

But now he sounded confused.

I told him,
“The man you came to eliminate truly died.”

Then I shared my testimony.

How I met Christ.
How pride died.
How lust died.
How anger died.
How the old me was buried at an altar of surrender.

Days later, I took him to that prayer ground.

The place where I died to the flesh.

That afternoon, the assassin wept.

And gave his life to Jesus too.

Anytime you say salvation can be lost, you are saying the soul Jesus took from satan will be recovered by satan.

No one can snatch you from God, including you!

Salvation is not about your free will, salvation is the eternal consequences of applying your freewill!!

You have freewill to receive or reject Jesus, you don’t have freewill to control the eternal consequences of those choices!!

This is salvation!!

There's no emotion in my argument.
It's simply the scripture and a revelation of the true nature of God.

The emotional ones here are those that cringe at the fact that once saved is always saved.

They are trying to see God through their own nature instead of seeing themselves through the nature of God

Only those that does not understand what salvation is cry out when it's said that you can be saved and still be a Muslim.
They also are not involved in soul winning.

Salvation is a creation of a New Spirit in man.
We all completely agree that we become a new creation when we confess Jesus as our Lord and saviour, received him in our hearts and received the Holy Spirit.

What was done in creating the new Spirit in a man can never be undone by any action of man.

There are practising Muslims that pray in tongues, read the bible secretly and yet come openly to lead prayers in mosques.

They are saved.
Many of them are under duress.
Even those that claim they recant are just wasting time.
This applies to both Buddhist and other religions.

People have genuinely sort for God, but they never had to opportunity to hear the Gospel. They encounter Christ but only know about the religious practice of the religion.

Cornelius was was worshipping God but not in the temple. Till Peter was sent to him.

Being Saved is a one chance trap.

It's God's wisdom that ruined satan.
Satan can no longer do to the redeemed man what he did to Adam when he made Adam to loss the essence of the Life of God in him.

The Holy Spirit is our Security. It's a seal that can never been broken. Never.
