I haven’t received my luggage! And there is no answer from you.. this is unacceptable. Bad service so sad toy lose a frequent flyer.
@JetBlue you canceled our flight, it was postponed for the next day.. ok! Then I arrived my destiny and my luggage didn’t came 48 hrs and I’m still waiting..your chat is over a 2 hour wait, no one calls and your your page for track the luggage is not available! Unacceptable!
