@troyhunt Brother is a good choice. I've had mine for 5 yrs and still solid. However don't trust it when it says the cartridges are empty. It has no idea about the amount left and just counts pages printed. There is a hidden menu to reset that and I usually get 2 full runs per cartridge

My passport expired last month so I applied for a new one last Tuesday morning. I received it this morning... I guess they have a lot of practice now, thanks to Optus, but still, very impressed!

@markc I don't know if that's still where the crowds are, but I still have a subscription that I use daily, mostly for tech content. As a content producer, it is very easy to set up, which is a plus, but it might not be the most flexible if you have something specific in mind.
