@YodelOnline my parcel is late, I can't get through to customer services either by phone or by webchat. Parcel is frozen dog food so chance of it arriving still frozen is now very remote. How do I speak to a person about this???

@DPDgroup_news your tracking system "claims" the driver attempted to deliver my parcel today but I was in at the time it states and my office overlooks my front door so he didn't attempt to deliver. I now have to wait and collect from another location - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
