@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your confirmation. But our colleague doesn't trust the information on Twitter. Can I have a formal letter from HMRC that there is no extension for relocation allowance during this pandemic?
@HMRCcustomers Hi there, about the jury service, can our employee claim part of their loss from HMRC and the employer pays the gap between the allowance and the employee's normal salary? For example, employee A's normal salary is £100, HMRC pays £40 and the employer pays £60.
@HMRCcustomers Thank you Nancy. Because of the pandemic, not all of our employees can claim this benefit on time. Is there an extension of time for them?
@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your updates. As we can find the time limitation in your https://t.co/zT0oLSUsE3 before. But it disappeared when I search it today. The regulation was that this reimbursement should be claimed before the end of the next tax year.
@HMRCcustomers Thank you, Nancy. Our employee cannot bring these items because these items belong to the previous landlord. Hope this information can help you to judge whether it is suitable or not.
@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your reply, Nancy. If our employee cannot bring their items from the old home and they buy some replacement items to the new home, is it suitable or unsuitable?
@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your prompt reply, James. Can I have the answer before Friday? Friday is our payroll cut-off day and this month is the last month to claim relocation allowance in 2020. Thanks in advance.
@AJMartinSky @bbw1984 @Daragh_Murray @PeteFussey Thanks as always to legendary producer @SkyNewsValerie, my reporting soulmate @AJMartinSky - and @facesoftltd, who let me try their tech. It is possible to do this sort of thing accurately and with people's consent
