Compassion. Courage. Change.
I bring the compassion: empathy, respect, hope, and support in uncovering your inner wisdom.
You build the courage through your efforts in recovery.
And from that courage comes change.
One step. One choice. One day at a time. 💙
If you're navigating recovery and looking for connection, encouragement, and support, you're invited to join the Courage Cultivators Recovery Group.
🗓 Tuesdays
⏰ 5:30 PM PST

A reminder for World Mental Health Day:
What you're going through may be difficult, but your struggle does not diminish your worth.
Take a breath. Be gentle with yourself. 💚
#WorldMentalHealthDay#MentalHealthAwareness#YouAreNotAlone
Just arrived at Recovery Day BC and a woman named Mona came up to me and said:
“I admire your integrity for giving back your award to Ken Sim. I support harm reduction AND recovery.”
❤️ This is exactly the point.
It was never harm reduction OR recovery.
Harm reduction kept me alive long enough to find recovery.
I recently saw this beautiful text painted on a wall:
🌱"Create space to grow something beautiful". 🌞
This is what the "Courage Cultivators Recovery Group" is about ....
➡️Starts Tue Sep 8, 5:30pm PST
➡️14 weekly, standalone sessions - join one or many
https://t.co/NacP8EbAlC
The goal of the group is to
✨acknowledge and validate challenges
✨highlight strengths and insights💪
✨provide tips on facing fears experienced during recovery (fear of failure, change, rejection...)
Attendees can share challenges and victories in their journey or just listen.
💀 While we all know we will die one day, it's normal to fear our own death.
☀️ Spirituality helps many people face fear of death.
⛅ But what if you're not spiritual? What helps you then?
📅 Free, online Fear of Death workshop May 13/24
