Question for @CarbquikBakeMix
1. Carbquik has 18g fat/cup -why so much?
2. If sifted (not recommended) flakes get left back, which if nuked are a liquid that re-solidify like butter. Is that the fat content rendered out?
3. Will the defatted portion still bake right? Hmm
