@faceyourfoodapp Thanks for asking! 6g fat per 1/3 cup serving is within most of our customers' diets, especially those on keto/LCHF. The sifted flakes you see are palm oil which most of the fat. Performance without it depends on what you're making, but you could replace it with alternative fats
