Wealthy givers' own private foundations & donor-advised funds landed 78% of donations from @Philanthropy’s top 50 givers in 2021.

Otherwise, they favored colleges & universities, leaving ~10% for other orgs.

Paid off my account with @USAA. Next month $26.07 more in interest is charged. 30 minutes on chat + an hour on the phone, they waived $25. Literally made me make a payment of $1.07. I asked, "You want to be known as THAT company?" Apparently so. #customerservicefail
