​आखिर भारत की मीडिया को यह सब क्यों नहीं दिख रहा है? क्या देश के युवाओं की सालों की मेहनत, उनका खून-पसीना और उनका भविष्य विदेशी कंपनियों के पैरों तले कुचला जा रहा है, और मीडिया इस पर आंखें मूंदकर बैठी है?
​संविधान और कानूनों की सरेआम धज्जियां:
एक विदेशी कंपनी (यूट्यूब/गूगल) ने भारत की धरती पर बैठकर हमारे देश के संविधान—विशेषकर अनुच्छेद 19(1)(g) (व्यापार और आजीविका का अधिकार) और अनुच्छेद 21 (सम्मा��� से जीने का अधिकार)—तथा आईटी एक्ट 2000 और आईटी रूल्स 2021 की सरेआम धज्जियां उड़ा दी हैं। बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना, बिना किसी गलती और बिना एक भी इंसानी जांच के, रातों-रात एआई (AI) बोट्स के जरिए हज़ारों-लाखों क्रिएटर्स के चैनल डिलीट, टर्मिनेट और डिमॉनेटाइज कर दिए गए हैं।
​हद तो तब हो जाती है जब पीड़ित युवाओं से यह कहा जाता है कि वे नया चैनल बनाने के लिए नया फोन और नई सिम कार्ड खरीदें! भारत के किस कानून में ऐसा लिखा है? यह साफ तौर पर डिजिटल तानाशाही और गुंडागर्दी है।
​संस्था और संस्थापक का खुला बयान:
संस्थापक प्रहलाद वैष्णव ने दो टूक शब्दों में कहा है कि "हम इन विदेशी कंपनियों की इस तानाशाही के खिलाफ चुप बैठने वाले नहीं हैं। हमने यूट्यूब और गूगल को आधिकारिक लीगल नो���िस भेज दिया है और उसके साथ पक्के सबूतों की पीडीएफ (PDFs) और स्क्रीनशॉट भी संलग्न करके भेज दिए हैं। यह तो सिर्फ बानगी है, हमारे पास ऐसे हजारों-लाखों सबूत मौजूद हैं। हम देश-दुनिया की मीडिया के सामने खुलकर आमने-सामने आकर इंटरव्यू देने और अपनी बात रखने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हैं।"

हम देश के सभी मीडिया संस्थानों और पत्रकारों से खुलेआम पूछते हैं— क्या आपको भारत के युवाओं की बर्बादी नहीं दिख रही है? जब कोई विदेशी कंपनी आकर हमारे ही देश के नागरिकों के अधिकारों को कुचलती है, तो देश की मीडिया खामोश क्यों है? क्या विदेशी कंपनियों के आगे हमारे कानून और हमारे युवा बेबस हो गए हैं?
​यूट्यूब को आखिरी चेतावनी और 20 दिन का अल्टीमेटम:
हमारी संस्था 'CREATORS AGAINST YOUTUBE AI' की ओर से यूट्यूब और गूगल को स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी जाती है कि:
​यूट्यूब हमारे सभी अवैध रूप से हटाए गए चैनल तुरंत बहाल करे और डिमॉनेटाइज चैनलों को वापस मोनेटाइज करे।
​कंपनी के पास सिर्फ 20 (बीस) दिनों का समय है।
​अगर निर्धारित 20 दिनों के भीतर इन चैनलों की मानवीय समीक्षा करके इन्हें वापस नहीं किया गया, तो हमारी संस्था भारत के सक्षम न्यायालयों में इन कंपनियों के खिलाफ सीधा मुकदमा ठोकेगी। इस कानूनी लड़ाई का सारा खर्चा, मानसिक-आर्थिक नुकसान और भारी-भरकम जुर्माना पूरी तरह से यूट्यूब/गूगल को ��ी भुगतना होगा। दुनिया के दूसरे देशों की तरह भारत सरकार को भी इन पर मिलियन डॉलर्स के जुर्माने लगाने चाहिए।
​यूट्यूब होश में आए और अपनी इस गैरकानूनी तानाशाही को तुरंत बंद करे, वरना यह लड़ाई अब रुकने वाली नहीं है!

Hey @TeamYoutube, after an entire month of trying to reach you, you finally replied. I’m genuinely glad you did, but there is a reason I have been desperately trying to contact you here. I would gladly resolve this through Creator Support by email, but I simply can’t. For the past month, the specialist handling my case has ignored every specific argument, question, and piece of evidence I sent. No matter what I explain, I receive the same copied-and-pasted response. I practically know it by heart now. I have read every Help Center article they sent me, including your policy on Generic or Repetitive Content, many times. I still sincerely believe our channel was demonetized by mistake.

Yes, our videos share a consistent visual style. That was intentional. It was part of our brand because we wanted viewers to recognize American Love Story. But a recognizable style is not the same as mass-producing videos from a template or repeating the same video over and over.

The visual sequence was never copied from one upload to another. We edited every video manually in a separate project. For each story, we found licensed stock footage that matched its specific scenes and emotions, added footage we filmed ourselves, arranged hundreds of clips by hand, and added subtitles, transitions, sound, and extra visual layers. Our videos are not slideshows, static images, or projects automatically assembled from a template.

Your own policy says that many channels can follow a similar format and still monetize as long as the substance of each video is meaningfully different. It even lists “similar content... in which each video has a distinct storyline, focus, or concept” as allowed: https://t.co/zwlpE6EKkb

That describes our channel. Our visual style may be consistent, but our stories are not interchangeable. Every story has its own characters, situations, conflicts, relationship development, emotional choices, humor, and meaning.

My wife and I create every story together. We build the main idea, characters, relationships, conflict, emotional development, humor, and message, then review and edit each script dozens of times before production begins. We put nearly all our time, energy, and available money into it. We even took out loans to pay for professional voiceover tools because I struggle to narrate long stories myself. We paid for licensed footage and bought an expensive camera so we could film more original material and keep improving.

We did all of this because we honestly believed that creating original stories, following YouTube’s rules, and making content people truly enjoyed could become a stable future for us. Now monetization is gone, and we are left with debt, ongoing expenses, and serious financial problems.

We keep being told to wait 90 days, but we may not be able to keep making content without monetization. Even worse, we still do not know what we are supposed to fix. We are willing to change. We are willing to work harder. We are willing to admit our mistakes if someone actually shows us what they are. But we cannot fix a problem when all we are told is to remove or change content that violates the policy, without being told which content is the problem or what the reviewers actually found.

We could spend the next 90 days using the little money we have left, change the wrong things, and receive the same rejection again because no one ever explained the real issue.

We are not claiming that our channel is perfect. We are simply two people who did the best we could with the resources we had. Our work is original, it took an enormous amount of effort, and our audience genuinely loves it.

Do our original stories, months of work, sleepless nights, money invested, and hundreds of messages from viewers really not deserve one more careful manual review?

We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for one real person to look at our channel, consider the evidence we provided, and clearly explain what we supposedly did wrong. I don’t want to believe that everything we created means nothing just because our videos have a recognizable visual style.

No real reviews. No warning. No explanation. Then everything gets removed.

LOOK AT MY SITUATION.

My original channel had 11 MONTHS OF CLEAN, ORIGINAL ROBLOX CONTENT. 271 VIDEOS. ZERO PROBLEMS.

Then for 5 days, I made content telling people that if they needed help with an event in the game I played, they could subscribe and follow me on Roblox.

THIS WAS INCENTIVIZED CONTENT TELLING VIEWERS TO LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE FOR A REWARD.

I didn’t know I couldn’t do it.

Those 5 days brought my channel from 7K → 25K SUBSCRIBERS.

The event ended. I PLANNED TO RETURN TO MY NORMAL CONTENT. TOO LATE.

YouTube removed my channel with NO WARNING, NO STRIKE, and my appeal was denied in 9 MINUTES.

WHY COULDN’T I GET A FIRST WARNING, REMOVE THEM, AND CONTINUE?

Instead, I got an INSTANT LIFETIME BAN.

Then it got worse.

I contacted YouTube Support and asked if I could continue using my other channels.

THEY TOLD ME YES.

I followed their advice.

IF YOUTUBE SUPPORT WOULD’VE JUST TOLD ME THE ACTUAL RULES AND THAT MY OTHER CHANNELS WERE UNSAFE, I WOULD’VE NEVER BUILT THIS CHANNEL. I WOULDN’T EVEN BE HERE. BUT THEY DID ME WRONG.

That channel reached 40K SUBSCRIBERS, 10 MILLION VIEWS AND 1,000+ VIDEOS IN 6 MONTHS.

Then MAY 13TH.

YouTube’s outage started around 5 AM and lasted until around 8 AM.

My upload time was 5:40 AM. I tried uploading and kept getting an “UNTITLED” ERROR every time.

I kept trying from 5:40–6:00 AM, not knowing YouTube was down.

6:00 AM MY CHANNEL WAS REMOVED.

No warning. No strike.

2 HOURS LATER, MY APPEAL WAS DENIED. I LOST 1,000+ VIDEOS AND ANOTHER FANBASE I BUILT.

Then JUNE 8TH came.

YouTube removed the rest too.

I seriously worked on 3 CHANNELS: 25K, 40K and 2K.

Total of 1,621 videos GONE…

YouTube removed 8 CHANNELS TOTAL.

5 HAD NOTHING ON THEM.

They really try to WIPE YOU OFF THE PLATFORM LIKE YOU NEVER EXISTED. Like you’re just some type of TRASH to them.

LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

I’ve been asking for a review for 4 MONTHS SINCE MAY 18TH. Day in and day out, begging for help.

I even got SUSPENDED ON X FROM MAY 23RD MAY 29TH because I was posting so much trying to get help and find creators in the same situation.

Now I have 500 FOLLOWERS WHO ARE OTHER TERMINATED CREATORS.

I wish I could help y’all.

BUT I CAN’T EVEN HELP MYSELF.

I feel powerless. I make posts EVERY DAY hoping someone finally sees this and actually looks at my case.

I just want answers even if it's a denial. Just tell me why it went straight to lifetime ban. Tell me why support told me my other channels were fine and I was fine. Tell me why my second channel was removed after those upload attempts and why my other channels only fell after the second channels hit. Why were they all not removed after the first removal.

4 MONTHS. ZERO PROGRESS.

And I’m not stopping. I might go A YEAR WITH NO HELP.

It doesn’t matter how long you made clean content. It doesn’t matter if your other channels are clean.

ONE MISTAKE EVEN FOR A FEW DAYS OR BY ACCIDENT AND YOU’RE DONE.

I ALWAYS TALK ABOUT OTHER APPS THAT ARE BETTER THAN YOUTUBE, BUT THERE REALLY ISN’T ONE. YOUTUBE IS THE PLACE FOR CREATORS THEY JUST WON’T HELP ANYONE, EVEN ME. I SHOW PROOF EVERY DAY.

THIS PLATFORM IS TRULY CARELESS.

I WANT A REAL HUMAN REVIEW.

Not just for me.

THIS IS A PROBLEM!

If you’re still an active creator on YouTube, your channel could be terminated at any moment and YOU WILL NOT GET REAL HELP.

There are thousands of terminated creators on X begging for support. 500 SUBSCRIBERS, 10K, 100K, 1 MILLION IT DOESN’T MATTER. Unless you go viral or get a viral post, YOUTUBE WILL NOT HELP YOU.

YOU ALREADY HAVE TO LEAVE YOUTUBE AND GO TO X JUST TO GET YOUTUBE’S ATTENTION.

You can’t even provide PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF PROOF in appeals.

HOW IS THAT NOT A PROBLEM?

How can you properly review a case when creators can’t even provide the evidence?

THEN THEY DENY THE APPEAL.

And tell you it was “REVIEWED CAREFULLY” or “THOROUGHLY REVIEWED.”
