Entry level jobs will become a thing of the past as everyone will go for the more experienced professional. Or we have issues where experienced ppl will not be happy with a young person being paid the same as them and the employer doesn't have the financial freedom to compensate.

Nobody should be handed a wage, you should have to earn that wage and get paid your worth. Unfortunately minimum wage is fast becoming an issue. A 16 year old and 18 year old wage is catching up with experienced workers.
