Vibrio came in hot in May, esp in Gulf of Mexico & Atlantic Coasts. Some of these parasites ride all the way to October. It's not the end.

Try to get your produce at a local farm (some have delivery services, too) in your county, & heat your produce to 158° F+ to kill the parasite. You can cook down the greens, then make a bean salad w them after. Make a compote w your fruits. Get creative, stay safe.
