My small goal this month is to come to work earlier than what I’m used to, which means navigating the nightmare that is Tungku-Link traffic every morning. It’s been okay - I don’t mind it that much if it means I get a good parking spot at the office.
I think I’m genuinely enjoying my current running plan cos 1) No pressure to run at a certain pace, it just says a conversational pace, 2) I don’t pay attention to how far I’m running, just how long, and 3) I like sandwiching my run with 5 min warm up and cool down.
