@thethoth @careem I agree

@CareemUAE How about sorting out your customer service. Now there’s something you can start.

[Fahmida Seitz @fahmidaseitz]

@CareemUAE @CareemUAE still no resolution. Going on 2 weeks now. Claiming I purchased the package in Dubai? This is simply not true. The package was purchased in Abu Dhabi and I’ve tried using it in Abu Dhabi and still aren’t able to. Refund please.

[Fahmida Seitz @fahmidaseitz]

@CareemUAE I’m having issues using a 5 ride package purchased. I’ve also messaged you regarding it yesterday. Your assistance is urgently requested. Thanks.

[Fahmida Seitz @fahmidaseitz]

@CareemUAE @CareemUAE and so the saga continues. Still no resolution. Going on 2 weeks now and still not able to use the package. What a shame, claiming I’ve purchased the package in Dubai and not Abu Dhabi. This is simply untrue. Just refund the money already.
