Rented a car from @Alamo last month. Didn't agree or sign to any extras. Invoice comes back with an extra ~£300 charge. Emailed/ contacted every week since and ni response. If you are going to hire a car - DO NOT USE @Alamo as they charge you extra and you cant contact them!!

@ClaimRespo_Team Not a good enough response. We have contacted you 3 times and not had a response from your local branch or area manager, who we were told would respond. Really poor ! Won't use you again, but I have ~£300 I am owed to our credit card so you need to sort it ASAP please

Yet another 💩 delivery from #Asda today @AsdaServiceTeam. Worst of the lot from Asda so far. Over 1/2 of my shop missing (not loaded), items short dated, multiple subs. Might aswell have gone to Aldi and done it. Go2app to refund and the apps so 💩 you can't even do it! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

@AsdaServiceTeam , what happened to the #asda promise to not charge more for the same? Today's order: Asda nappies 8 fewer in the sub, same price as what was ordered. Porridge oats 1/2 the amount Sunday v ordered + charged the same price plus a joke of subs that don't make sense!

I'm no expert but why would a customer continue to be charged for a service no longer provided by a SP, when there has been confirmation of the ceasing of said service, yet said SP would continue to charge? @TalkTalk ? @Plusnet can you please tell them about customer service?
