@citizenkawala Then they have a burnout around 40-50 year old and finally get diagnosed because their bodies are literally falling in pieces (eds, depression, chronic illnesses, ed, fibromyalgia, etc) and they can no longer mask and work (especially true for women)
@ditzylicious My mother is overweight, I saw how society treats overweight folks and I'm already socially unfit because of autism so being thin is a cheatcode to be accepted. And restricting gives me control and stopped my body from changing despite growing up (plus arfid/depression and stuff)
@annasworld96@b2nextdoor Je peux comprendre que ce soit énervant à force mais là franchement il y a rien, c'est commun dans l'autisme de pas aimer que les aliments se mélangent, si elle avait pas précisé on lui aurait dit de grandir
@__basilisk_ That's what I do too, I chose food I like that is optimised for my macros and I have 300 free cals for whatever crap I want (usually instant noodles with a lot of water, oatmeal or chocolate). Though I think having two "days" planned is better to avoid getting bored/frustrated
And for my next trick I'm gonna make those 10kg I gained in two months of "recovery" disappear in 11 weeks (or i'm gonna kms because it's just too awful)
@sevifx Imo it's easier to either fast for a week straight up (because it gives your body time to adapt) or eat less but regularly (so you get used to have less). Fasting every other day is the best way to trigger a binge imo since it's "inconsistent" biologically speaking
@211cals The best thing about junkfood is fantasising about eating it, planning to eat it, looking up the macros and all, writing it down then forgetting about it because if you actually have it it's gonna taste like shit, be disgusting and give you regrets
@minjukongju Volume ig? Like you can have 200g of 0% fat yogurt for 94cals, same with strawberries (berries in general), you can have a whole bowl for about 80cals. Vegetables as well, mushrooms, pickles, I often eat microwaved fries around people since it's labelled as unhealthy (~250cals)
@jaykaybobaeyes Same, but it's motivating in a way, each time I gained I locked in and reached a new lw, plus as time goes on I know more about how my body works and tips to lose faster (yes I'm trying to reassure myself)
@chaeloric Same for the summer body imo, you're not supposed to wake up in may, work out for a month then give up until next year, might as well enjoy may and june if you're going to fuck it up later
@madssedtwt In my case it's not really that I like having them, but when I lose weight they just get saggy and weirdly empty, not great. I wish it was just getting flat
@botheredbulimic Find some exercise you like maybe? I hated it for years, now I walk for a few hours and even started running. It can be rollerskating, biking, swimming, dancing, just straight up jumping or walking. And music/shows/videos really help getting distracted while you do it
@Boycootchie@sourzcndy222 There's two types of anorexia, the restrictive type and the b/p type. As long as you restrict, have a low weight (or not in atypical anorexia), have trouble with body perception and are afraid to gain weight, you meet the criterias for anorexia.
