@ChucklingCheese I placed an order on the 14th November. Still not received. Tracking says it's not even arrived with royal mail yet. I have tried contacting you and there is no reply. Is this even a real company?

@ChucklingCheese It's 3weeks late, I'm not sure checking the royal mail tracker everyday to see no change ( they haven't received the parcel from you yet) is going to solve this issue. Do you have any confirmation that you have even sent it?
