Building a Fair Work Framework for employers of Scotland’s autistic workforce | SG funded, autistic-led research by @IntoWork57 @CornerstoneScot & @EBS_Global
Our project aims to better understand the experiences of autistic people in Scottish workplaces, mapping such experiences against Scotland's Fair Work Framework, to produce a blueprint for better employment of Scotland's workforce.

It's important to remember that even in work #Autistic people face many barriers- it's not just about getting the job, it's about feeling supported to succeed in the role!

We've completed part 1 of our Fair Work Autism research (surveys!), now we're onto part 2 - follow up interviews with autistic people and with employers to gain deeper information. I had my follow up interview (autistic person) with Jos and it was great
