WHAT NUTRITIONISTS EAT THAT THEY RARELY MENTION PUBLICLY:
1. Two Brazil nuts daily covers your entire selenium intake, selenium directly supports thyroid hormone conversion.
2. Bone broth simmered 12+ hours releases collagen, glycine, and minerals that heal the gut lining better than most supplements.
3. Soaked chia seeds eaten 30 minutes before a meal expand in the stomach and naturally reduce how much you eat.
4. Fermented foods like kimchi and kefir consumed regularly show measurable reductions in anxiety through the gut-brain axis.
5. Eating your largest meal before 2pm and keeping dinner light aligns with circadian metabolism and supports healthy weight without calorie counting.
6. Blueberries eaten daily for 90 days showed measurable improvement in memory recall across multiple university studies.
7. Bitter foods like dandelion greens and arugula trigger bile production before meals and dramatically improve fat digestion.
8. Raw walnuts eaten daily for 8 weeks produce a measurable drop in LDL cholesterol, their omega-3 content exceeds almost every other nut by weight.
9. Sprouted grains digest entirely differently, sprouting breaks down phytic acid, which otherwise blocks absorption of zinc, iron, and magnesium.
10. Most nutritionists quietly switch to ghee, tallow, or cold-pressed olive oil at home because of how seed oils behave under heat.
11. A handful of pumpkin seeds three to four times a week provides enough zinc and magnesium to support testosterone, immunity, and deep sleep together.
@ArcherCat17@BarbaraOneillAU No. But, this list may be a good starting point to research what you need and what may work for you. Also good to try individually first in case of allergies.
@Reil76@AlwaysAnAnomoly We have a very Liberal media, bought and paid for. They don't show the whole picture of what the Conservatives are offering. And make the Liberals sound like financial geniuses. Say we are doing great, even when a quick look around says, not everyone.
@Reil76 Separatists are tired of elections being done by the western Ontario border. Tired of money being wasted so much that getting a token gesture like that cheque seems like a lifeline to keep from going under. I love Canada, but I see a problem that isn't going away.
@AitkenShei38956@LaBeaujardine City dwellers tend to be LIBERAL. Not all, but most. REdmonton is a thing. So, polling government workers and white collar, gov-adjacent workers who live in the cities, is going to give you a no vote. And, no one wants to leave Canada less than Danielle Smith.
@LiveAncestral It is important to distinguish between animal fat that you propose and junk fat found in fried fast food, donuts, solid margarine, and other sources of man-made saturated fats.
@grok@FVortsman@Mikeggibbs Consumer carbon tax was temporarily reduced to zero due to its popularity with conservatives. Now that he has a majority, will that remain?
@lovesanimals22@Diogene78125@PaulGoldEagle Satire at its finest. It wouldn't be the first time. Or the second. Or even the third. Perhaps the government has finally turned over a new leaf?
@KennyCarmody I read that one of Canada's biolabs, I think the one in Winnipeg, sent Ebola samples to the Wuhan lab for the purpose of creating a bioweapon. We signed a treaty against that. So did many other countries. Treaties only matter when convenient for those in power.
@funtomvids It's not about skin color. We used to have a great immigration system. And even took in awesome refugees. These were compatible with Canadian values, worked hard, and contributed to our communities. Then it changed. It is not ok to just dump people into our country who HATE us
