A theory of mine
One of the reasons why Indians produce more batting talent than bowling is in part due to the gully cricket and tennis ball cricket culture
Batting skills can be honed in the gully. A shorter pitch only reduces the reaction time for the batsman.
OTOH, bowlers cannot develop with gully / tennis ball cricket. Whatever practice they do in the backyard is totally useless if the pitch is not 22 yards long and they don't have a proper red ball with a seam. They develop no sense of length until v late in life when they begin to play regularly on proper cricket grounds
So the early years of practice are central to honing Indian batsmen but wasteful for Indian bowlers
Radio stations are shutting down. Radio Nasha (Mum), Radio One (Del, Mum, Beng) and Fever Radio went off air on June 15th.
We have more music than ever before, yet fewer shared listening experiences.
Did technology/streaming apps make music more accessible, or make it more lonely?
What do you think?

Messi 🗣️: “Kylian Mbappé, Neymar, Eden Hazard, Sergio Agüero, and Luis Suárez.”
Reporter: “You mentioned all these best players but forgot one… he wears No.7.”
Messi 🗣️: “Oh, Dhoni? (laughs) Not at all. Of course, I’d put him right next to me on the list.”😳🐐
Why audience expect the movie characters to be noble and grown up from the beginning... They will be stupid and wrong in the start so the redpemption arc can happen
You could be on a deserted island with 100 girls and one chad and the 100 girls would all just share chad instead of a few getting with you. That is female nature
