Shameful experience with @TheSouledStore. No clear refund deduction info before purchase. When questioned, thei social media executive avoided the issue, claimed fake call issues & disconnected. Is this how customers are treated?

2.Important refund deductions must be clearly and prominently disclosed before payment, not hidden inside FAQs or policy pages. And its was not in faqs too.Since this was not transparently communicated, applying deductions afterward is unfair and misleading. @thesouledstore
