Uber eats app marked my cash order as unpaid when it was, and the driver provided a screenshot marking paid. Sole reason for this acct: remove this fake charge

@Uber_Support paid in cash but in the app it claims unpaid. I have provided written proof and screen shots from the driver that he not only accepted payment but marked it as payment received in app. Help in app refusing to acknowledge, don't need refund just delete fake charge🙏🏽

@UberEats paid driver in cash but order showing up as unpaid.. have the screen shots from the driver confirming he accepted payment. Can you please fix this? Reporting via the app refused to acknowledge that y'all are trying to charge me twice (order wasn't even correct btw) 🙏🏽
