@AvantiWestCoast hi we are on the 13:30 London Euston to Glasgow. Our coach H has no air con and water is pouring down from the units onto tables and splashing onto us and the seats We have been advised to move into G U or C.
Having paid for Standard Premium, how do I claim

We are now not sitting together and are squeezed on tables that had a spare seat.

@ScotRail hi I've just left a parcel on the Gla to Neilston train. This train returns to Muirend at 11 mins past 4. Are you able to contact them and I will go to Muirend to meet the train. I was in the last carriage at the back.

@AvantiWestCoast my 11:56 train tomorrow Glasow to Wolves has just been cancelled. As was the same today. I am trying to get my 90 year old mom home. I keep buying tickets to ensure her a seat. Is it worth buying another set of tickets to ensure Mom gets a seat?

I recieved my order of a heated neck pad but disappointingly the powerbank has not been included, rendering the 'portable' neck pad useless.
Who do I contact/How do I get the powerbank in order for my mum to use the item ordered.
