Can’t comment on the JFK @Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge because they won’t let you in. Tried to get on the waitlist, but Benita at the door just grins at you. When you try to confirm you are on the list, she still just grins. Doesn’t understand English maybe? Yes or no, no grin.

Not impressed with @Chase Sapphire Reserve lounge in Boston. Seats literally falling apart and will just about toss you on the floor. Had to order food 3 times because my order kept “disappearing” despite a confirmation. Not great all round.

Giving @Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders a @DoorDash benefit is useless. It’s just a headache. You try to use it, they screw up your order literally every time and then just take your money without fixing the problems. Apparently, that’s their policy.
