@EE I have spoken to your team and I have to wait another week to get my broadband installed after contacting you on the 1st of December. I have been with EE for over ten years and this is ridiculous.
@EE I contacted EE to have my broadband installed since December and two months later I still have no broadband. Not so sure about EE providing good customer service or an efficient service. Instead I am just being charged more for data on my mobile phone 😡
