We added $BAH this morning as a buy, The stock is coming out of constructive base with classic VCP characteristics post earnings gap. A good start, but now the rubber meets the road and we see if it can hold our stop and follow through to the upside. First, let's see how we close today.
After taking a partial profit to cushion overnight risk, we held a partial position in $GDDY into earnings and we are still holding it at a decent profit. We also are holding $MU, $MUX and $BCO (all profitable). $MSGE is our only open trade that is showing a small loss.
On the short side, I'm maintaining my shorts in $CSCO and $DIA, which are still comfortably below our stops.
By default, our overall exposure is still low due to a lack of setups meeting my strict entry criteria. We have some long exposure but have not yet gotten aggressive on position sizing as I feel the market still needs to prove itself, and there is no reason to be in a rush. As conditions improve, our exposure will follow in tandem.
