@Brick_Cop@ukhomeoffice There is no guarentee we wont see a repeat of this demand next year, but instead of actually bolstering our force, we are looking at short term fixes, which is indemic of the kind of thnking from the force at the moment
@Brick_Cop@ukhomeoffice For example, for 2/3 months street, my response team never had more thn 3 cops parading.
I tutored a direct entry DC who joined reactive in the spring. For two months he was the ONLY DC on his shift, the rest were all abstracted to support the murder enquiries
@RJConway92 I am not a sack the manager type at all ... but if Eustace keeps making these weird decisions that fly in the face of common sense, then he is asking to get sacked if things keep going wrong. Whey does he refuse to play wingers?
@CreamyyStreams@PolitlcsGlobal Yeah, and that stat counting things such as threats to kill, threats to rape, threat to commit acid attacks, assaults, obscene abuse ect ect
@DCFC_CMH But is he really that good of a signing? He has been relegated twice from the championship to league one, he can't be that much of an impact player
@jhackett__ We are sorted at GK RB and CB (if Phillips stays). The only defence signing we need is a strong LB to take pressure off of Fozzy. Perhaps a 3rd choice CB at best, but I would hope we are looking higher than that for signings
@DannyShawNews@HMICFRS My force (Gwent) is one of the few where response have proper workloads. Officers average 20 crimes to investigate along with responding to calls. I'm lucky to have had good sergeants but most struggle. High turnover due to stress and hating response is endless.
@TheCanadianFace@Day89@TheGriftReport@LBC Can happily confirm that not a single police officer I have ever come across, gives a single toss about auditors. They are self important, deluded, annoying and just a bit desperate really, big pick me energy
@GingerBates16 We have had 3 league games. Held our own against a decent Blackburn side until 70 minutes, beat a good Boro side in a tactically spot on game, and nearly turned Watford over at their own ground and played some decent football doing it. Literally what are you on about.
@EFFYlives Iβm a cop, gave CPR to a 10 day old baby the other week and gave its parents a few precious more hours with her before she passed
But sure Acab
@jhackett__ Realistically, just one win should do it with our GD being +5 on them (and they would have to swing it +6 if we won one of the games)
I predict we lose at Cambridge, beat Carlisle, go up on GD, have a party
