Another big running back deal: three-time Pro-Bowl RB Jonathan Taylor and the Colts reached agreement today on a two-year, $44 million extension worth up to $47 million that includes $39 million guaranteed, per @rapsheet and me.

Taylor’s agent Malki Kawa of @FirstRoundMgmt and the Colts now have finalized the deal, giving Taylor the largest third contract any running back has received.

@EliteMarino this whole post is just reiterating the bias you've already had. the offense struggled to move the ball deep this year so they had a lot of trips to the redzone which require a lot more strategy to score when the field is so short. rather have a coach do this than let QB wing it
