@abhipsyc@abhijeet_dipke@Cockroachisback Your Fattu Father is doing the disrespect of Tiranga ....Blind Andhbhakts are unable to see that ???
Look at their Workers.
Delhi Police is stopping ordinary citizens from gathering or protesting, citing Section 163 of the BNSS. But Hindutva groups are gathering openly and threatening protesters.
They claim the protesters are raising anti-India slogans. I have covered these protests and haven’t witnessed this. And frankly, this is an old tactic. Nothing new here.
So I asked Delhi Police a simple question: if ordinary citizens aren’t allowed to gather, how are these groups allowed to assemble and openly threaten protesters?
They had no answer.
"No access to lawyers, no explanation given, no notice served"- MUST HEAR detailed account from @AnishGawande who was on the plane with @Abhijeet_Dipke@AshutoshRanka & Team when police entered & took them away. "Why were Lady Police sent ahead?" In full https://t.co/eLELugJl0b
@kamaalrkhan INDIA RIGHT NOW: BJP-RSS goons are beating up protesters in front of the Delhi Police. The video shows goons knocking a girl to the ground and beating her while the police just watches the spectacle.
Receiving disturbing reports of an incident from Maidangarhi PS area that I am hoping @DelhiPolice will clarify.
This is what I heard : “Advocate Fidel Tom, practising in Delhi. went to the Sanjay Colony Police Post, Maidan Garhi, after receiving information that some protesters had been detained there. On reaching the police station, he enquired about the detainees and about reports that they were being beaten by the police. A man in plain clothes then approached him and said that he was a police officer. When he asked why he was not in uniform, he became agitated and forcibly took Adv Fidel to the washroom, where he and several others beat him up brutally.”
When contacted by a reporter from @thewire_in about these reports, the SHO only said “I will find out and tell you”.
Concerned ACP and DCP are cutting their calls.
Violence against anybody in custody or on police premises is unacceptable. That a lawyer also seems to have fallen foul of this disregard for the law and constitution is especially alarming.
🚨MASSIVE BREAKING🚨
CJP’s legal affairs head Ratna Singh moves Delhi Court
Morning of October 10. CJP's legal affairs head Ratna Singh, a lawyer, at her home in Jangpura.
Police arrive at 8:45 am and want to come in, she says. Her flatmate, also a lawyer, stops them: no warrant, no entry.
She sits in a friend's car. Dozens of police and CRPF surround it.
Her words: "We asked for official notification. They have nothing... We have received orders from above. I don't know which orders."
"We were just three people, so we don't even fall within the definition of an unlawful assembly."
Now she has gone to a Delhi court asking for an FIR against the policemen for wrongful confinement.
And she wasn't alone today.
CJP's Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, detained at Delhi airport.
Dhruv Rathee, detained at his Gurugram home.
Over 500 protesters detained across the city, as per The Hindu.
All before anyone even reached Jantar Mantar.
Bro, imagine you step out for work and 30 cops box in your car outside your own house. You ask for a paper. They say "upar se order hai." You can't go out, you can't go in. You haven't done anything. You were just going to stand somewhere and hold a placard.
Whose "upar"? Delhi Police reports to Amit Shah's Home Ministry. Not hard to guess.
Modi ji, Shah ji, when lawyers need a court just to walk out of their own street, what's left of the Constitution you bow to?
Gyanesh Kumar ji, this is the cost of keeping you in your chair. 🔥🔥🔥
E A S Sarma
Former Secretary to the Govt of India
To
Shri Govind Mohan
Union Home Secretary
Dear Shri Govind Mohan,
A news item in the Print on the 9th of this month reads as follows:
"Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan on Friday directed the police chiefs of all states and union territories to take preventive measures to stop members and supporters of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) from assembling in the national capital for the protest demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar"
I feel deeply distressed at what the above report implies.
In recent times, the government at the Centre ad unfortunately blocked web portals of protestors and closed Delhi metro movement to gag public dissent. Several other democratic countries, facing similar protests, seem to be handling such protests in a more dignified, democratic manner. It is time we decide whether should continue as a truly civilised democracy.
It reminds me of the British regime of the colonial era when public protests by Gandhiji and other leaders were sought to be ruthlessly suppressed. It was Gandhiji who defied the British through non-violent protests.
More recently, we went through the emergency days of 1975 when the then government at the Centre had unsuccessfully imposed restrictions on the Constitutional rights of citizens to organise protests against regressive policies, just to make sure that the political leadership at the Centre could continue to be in power against the will of the people.
What we are witnessing today seems to be a repeat of those draconian days
The present political executive seems to ignore the three essential ingredients of a civilised democracy, namely, "discussion", "dissent" and "debate". What the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) and others are doing across the country is to represent the concerns of the people, the youth in particular, the concerns about their education and their future employment opportunities and the credibility of institutions that influence their future etc.
The Election Commission of India "ECI", as the custodian of free and fair elections, is one such institution on which the future of our democracy critically rests and, therefore, the future of the youth.
We have an Election Commission that has wantonly allowed itself to become a political instrument in the hands of the leaders in power in Delhi and adopt a system of selectively excluding millions of bona fide voiceless voters, discouraging the registration of young voters and disempowering field level Election aithorities through a highly draconian software imposed on them. What is far more distressing is that the present Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls has resulted in unfairly excluding voters belonging to certain sections of the society. Any right thinking citizen will and should question that unfair process and hold the Election Commission to be accountable to the public. That is what the CJP and other protestors are doing today and perhaps planning to do in the future. To gag their dissent, in my view, is highly undemocratic. To curb their movement to Delhi is against the grain of our Constitution. Your intelligence machinery has perhaps informed you about what the CJP is going to do by way of protests at Jantar Mantar but it does not mean that such protests are unlawful. In my view, in the first instance, to prevent the CJP from resorting to protests is unlawful, against the letter and the spirit of Article 19 of the Constitution.
I feel distressed that the Home Ministry should issue "instructions" to States to stop the CJP volunteers from reaching Delhi, as they are going to collectively express dissent against the ECI.
In fact, I feel happy that the CJP is planning protests across the country against the ECI, as the latter has become insensitive to public concerns. I wish I could personally join them at Jantar Mantar.

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : Indian Express Just drop another HYDROGEN BOMB on Gaddar Gyanesh & dictator Modi 🔥
(MUST Read & Share)
2.7 lakh voters in Maharashtra are suddenly 101 to 150 years old.
Gyanesh Kumar's "high-tech" SIR EXPOSED😂
As per Indian Express:
- In Maharashtra's SIR draft roll, the birth year of 2,70,313 voters was recorded as 1900.
- Many showed up as 126 years old.
- 88% of them in just three Nashik seats: Kalvan (ST), Chandwad and Deolali (SC).
Now the real scandal.
Maharashtra's own Chief Electoral Officer asked ECI's IT division in Delhi for the data to check it. September 2. Again September 8.
Nothing.
September 17, he wrote to the Senior Deputy EC: give it "without further delay."
Still nothing.
October 5, Indian Express asks ECI. The data shows up that same day.
Fixed October 6. More than a month after it was flagged.
A state's election chief can't even open his own state's voter data without begging Delhi.
Exactly what Gyanesh Kumar's own colleagues warned about. EC Vivek Joshi called it "the gradual centralisation of the electoral roll database."
And while this "glitch" sat there, Maharashtra's roll fell from 9.79 crore to 7.72 crore.
Bro, imagine your hospital file shows your 35-year-old wife as 126. The local hospital says they can't fix it, only head office in Delhi can. You write. You wait. A month later, a reporter calls Delhi, and it's fixed by the next morning.
Gyanesh Kumar ji, the citizen waits a month. A journalist gets it done in a day. Who exactly is your system built for?
Modi ji, Digital India made voters 126 years old and called it a glitch. 🔥🔥🔥
@pradeepraiindia How ironic !Those responsible for maintaining Rule of law says We will break every Rule of law to Maintain Rule of Law in this Country. This is current status of Rule of law. The preacher & protector of Rule of law is on trial and has a duty to perform.
We are grateful to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India for his timely intervention and for directing the immediate release of the lawyers. His intervention is deeply appreciated.
I also spoke to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. Sachin Sharma, who assured me that, as per the information available to him, no lawyer had been detained. He further assured me that if any lawyer was in custody or detention, they would be released immediately upon the details being provided.
We are informed that all the lawyers have now been released. However, if any lawyer is still in custody or detention, their name and details may kindly be shared with us immediately so that the matter can be taken up and their release ensured without any further delay.
At the same time, I strongly urge the concerned authorities to ensure that no such incident occurs in the future and that the dignity, safety and professional independence of members of the Bar are always respected. Lawyers must be able to discharge their professional duties without fear or intimidation.
As Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das landed in Delhi, police entered their flight.
Don't miss the ANI mic inside the plane.

West Bengal. Supreme Court-ordered Tribunals hearing SIR appeals.
22.21 lakh deleted voters fighting to get their names back.
More than a dozen Tribunal judges met on August 11. Their minutes, as reported by Indian Express, say the EC's portal:
Can't serve notices to parties.
Can't take extra documents from voters.
Can't hold virtual hearings.
Can't restore a deleted voter.
Can't even let the voter download the Tribunal's own order.
The judges' own words: "in spite of several requests and reminders"... a notice format they approved in May "has not seen the light of the day till date."
The scoreboard, from ECI's own Supreme Court filing:
38.31 lakh appeals filed. 1.26 lakh disposed by September 10.
Over 37 lakh still pending.
And the Assembly election? Already over.
Bro, imagine your father's pension suddenly stops. He appeals. The officer hears him and orders it restored. Then the clerk says, "Sorry uncle, the computer has no button for that." Five months later, he's still standing in the same line.
That's what Gyanesh Kumar's EC calls a remedy.
Gyanesh Kumar ji, you built a deletion machine that works overnight and an appeal portal that can't send a notice. Funny how only one of them works.
Modi ji, your Digital India can delete lakhs in a click but can't give back one name. 🔥🔥🔥
Sorry but I would like to speak my heart out today...
Born and brought up in Dubai by a Hindu father and a Catholic mother, I grew up believing in my India that celebrated Unity In Diversity . But sadly after leaving Dubai for good and living 10 years in India, watching hatred being normalised even among the educated breaks my heart and it has broken the image I had of my country when I was an NRI.
I’ve lived among Americans, Britishers, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Filipinos and Arabs in Dubai. Never did I see religion being used to define someone’s humanity the way we see it today in our country .
Sai Baba said, Sabka Malik Ek. Cut a Hindu or a Muslim, the blood is the same was the dialogue of a film called krantiveer by the late #NanaPatekar.
Has anyone seen Bhagwan Ram or Lord Krishna or Hanuman ji , has anyone seen Allah or God ?? If no Then..
How do you know they are different.?? Who told you they are different..?? Tradition and books written by humans???
Humanity has no religion.
Muslims who chose to stay in India were and are Indians. Muslims born here you make them feel they are outsiders. Why??? Dalits, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and every community are equal citizens. Nobody has the right to certify how much of a Hindu, Muslim or Christian someone is..Or for that matter how much of an Indian you are.
Keep your faith in your home. When you step outside, let Humanity be your religion and the Constitution Of India be your guiding book.
Mughals died centuries ago. Stop fighting yesterday’s battles. Those battles were fought and done n dusted too. Talk about education, jobs, development and the future of our country.
It is 2026, yet educated people are also spreading hatred, and even teachers are teaching prejudice. What kind of progress is this? This is not Viksit Bharat at all. This is Aviksit Bharat we are currently staying.
We don’t become Viksit by building roads, glass high-rises or temples. We become Viksit when we educate ourselves, think rationally and work towards a better future for our country.
Build our Future , not just Buildings . That’s the difference.
Your religion is your personal affair, not a licence to judge, humiliate or hate another human being.
The organization like @RSSorg want you to dwell in hatred because that fuels their power.
Dhongi babas and organisations like @BajrangDalOrg , @VHPDigital and Karni Sena thrive on religious backwardness, distracting people from education, development, jobs and the real issues facing India.
Wake Up , India ! They are making you fight in the name of religion while the real issues go unanswered. This is all political not religious at all.
I want my India back. An India where humanity comes first.
JAI HIND 🇮🇳
