Anyone working at @SWISSGEAR? Have been waiting for refund of a return order for more than a month. Of course no phone number to call, just a chatbot that never responds. Is this how you treat customers? Never buying from you again. Shameful.

@_Mansoor_Ali Sir ji, that’s just the front month contract, there simply isn’t any available storage for any delivery for the front month contracts due to lack of immediate demand. Look at the forward month futures.

@Brinks_Home Sorry, that’s the standard drone response i got from the customer service person as well. “We do our best, please reschedule” i wasted half a day waiting for tech, without so much as a text message or a phone call. If this is your best, then you deserve to lose me as a customer
@Brinks_Home ever since you took over guardme, the quality of service has gone downhill. Not only are you not good at keeping your service appointments, your team apparently doesn’t seem to care about retaining loyal customers either. 👎🏽
