NHS GP learning to invest in public | Weekly diary of a first-year investor: mistakes, panics & boring wins | Not financial advice • Building long-term wealth
As an NHS GP with a busy life, I decided it's time to learn to invest. No prior experience& knowledge — just real learning in public. This will be my diary: the losses, the panics, the small wins, and everything in between. NFA. A GP figuring it out, A thread about me
@DudeWhoInvests I liked what I read here the other day - dont quote me on this. Somebody had quoted Michael Burry. Disney is produces wine, whereas netflix produces milk. Which is why I wouldnt be buying any netflix! Nfa.
@cmsinvests I can imagine, we are all almost in the same frame of mind and carry the same worry, Ive written a brief article to narrow it all down. https://t.co/zNaXDJWXnR
@CNBC I think the uncertanity is driving lots of these decisions and the future of AI and chip makers. In addition to this is the rising cost, will there be a further decline coming over the next months? Who knows.
@business Given the high votality and the boom in the price of stocks of American companies, is it now time that we invest in europian companies now? Nfa
@CNBC I think I would have to be optimistic and encourage optimism the fact that technology is always here to stay. Advancing technology requires chips, memory and AI. This is why i have all these in my portfolio and will be keeping them in my trading portfolio. NFA.
