🚨UPDATE IN THE KYLE SPITZE CASE🚨

A sentencing memo unsealed today reveals 764 member Kyle Spitze faces a sentence of 30 to 77 years in federal prison for child exploitation crimes. The DOJ is fighting hard for the full 77 years.

The memo outlines how the viral video of Kyle getting shot in the ear by his stepdad and his pursuit of fame in the aftermath helped the FBI track him down and link him to his 764 username, "Criminal".

It details how Kyle publicized videos of his mother's dead body two weeks later on Telegram instead of calling 911 and notes that at least one person contacted authorities about this (it was me).

From the memo: "The defendant’s penchant for fame ultimately assisted in his downfall."

The DOJ goes on to describe in graphic detail all of the ways Kyle harmed his victims, including forcing them to cut his name into their bodies, writing his name along with Satanic symbols in blood, sexually degrading themselves and torturing animals.

The memo also outlines how Kyle is a degenerate drug addict, how he conspired with his father to intimidate his minor victims after his arrest, and how he has since joined the Aryan Nations prison gang.

At least 30 unique victims of Kyle were found during the investigation, and only 19 were identified. They live all over the world. Two of them have since committed suicide.

The memo emphasizes just how evil Kyle is - he did all of this purely for his own sick enjoyment. 77 years isn't enough.

The Chief, our officers and I were actively investigating public corruption and human trafficking in our town. That included going after some of the city commissioners. We also ran a successful undercover sting targeting child predators.
