Welp, we certainly made @RepPressley aware of Big Tobacco & Big Alcohol showing up today in Congress to testify about #cannabis policy. 👇 1/2 https://t.co/7JJ90YvVA7
Hippy Truffles [cooperatively-grown ganja]. Getting very close to harvest. We’ve been posting her progress on our Insta account. Find us there as well (obvi). 😉
If you’re working a grind job, remember restfulness and mindfulness. Take a break. Enjoy your surroundings. Spring is in full bloom in #Massachusetts and we’re stoked. 🤙💚🌱
Hippy Truffles (White Truffle x Hippy Slayer) (Day 45). 🤤 This is cooperatively-grown #cannabis. Genetics bred in-house out on the farm where homesteading is the lifestyle. We love our local ganja farmers. And we donate & contribute to breeding projects across the country. 🌱🧬
Meanwhile, in #Massachusetts, home grow is alive and well. Our co-op encourages everyone to grow their own medicine. If it’s gotta be indoors, lower your footprint by building your own soil. Challenge yourself to go as local as possible. It’s what your plant wants. 🌱🤙🐞
Today, FBC 🐞 Founding Member, @EricRobbert, testified to define marijuana (high THC cannabis) as agriculture in the state of #Massachusetts. We’d like to thank @AnneGobi & the rest of the new Joint Committee on Agriculture. #mapoli https://t.co/uYGZ6BP5t3
Happy 4/20, all! What are you smoking #CannabisCommunity? Is it home-grown? Is it from a locally-owned business? Support your cannabis workers today & let’s see more worker-owned businesses in this space. 🤙💚🌱#420day
#CannabisCommunity will really need to push congress to act federally and make legalization a bi-partisan effort. We’re looking forward to doing that work. 🤙💚🌱
It was a pleasure speaking with @RepPressley’s office today about federal cannabis policy. Our Co-op agrees that the cannabis industry should provide pathways for small businesses. Whether Congress will take action on federal legalization may be a different story.

We have a lot coming up this coming week. We will send our recommendations to the @MA_Cannabis for the next round of regulations. We will also have a call w/ @RepPressley’s office regarding the SHIP Act. Much more coming soon from Farm Bug! 🐞👍💚🌱
This just in! Read our recommendations to @MA_Cannabis. Have suggestions? DM us. We are looking to build coalitions of orgs that support farmers in lead up to the next round of regulatory changes. #mapoli#CannabisCommunity https://t.co/OVbxN9HmsI
Who agrees with us that local #cannabis businesses should be given regulatory advantages to encourage more locally-owned businesses and co-ops in the industry? 🤔
#CannabisCommunity
We have a draft of our recommendations to @MA_Cannabis ready, which we will be running by a few Friends of Farm Bug 🐞 Then, we will make them more widely available to collaborate further on helping farmers access the #cannabis industry. More to come soon! Stay tuned!
#farmgrown
We’ve been working on these for a bit. We’re almost ready to share our recommendations to @MA_Cannabis related to the next round of regulatory changes. Totally down collaborate & cooperate w/ other orgs. 💯 💚🌱🐞
“Ironically, in this case, the feds are saying ‘yes,’ but the state is still saying ‘no.’ Hopefully states will act promptly to clear up this discrepancy and allow the interstate and international genetics space to flourish.” Cc: @MA_Cannabis https://t.co/EiTOcaZfPg
One issue that our cooperative has been confronted w/ throughout our #cannabis advocacy is the lack of Black farmers we have in the US and, in particular, Massachusetts. We want to partner w/ organizations confronting this issue to be a force for change. 💚🌱
