@VAWLtron@MLB@MLBPS_US Well that was the purpose I should say, now its turning into a clown show just like the NBA and NFL all-star games. The amount of All-Star games you made in the past held a little weight when it came to Hall of Fame Induction. That, unfortunately is no longer the case.
@PrinceM1113@_CokeHeads Why, so we can have 2 oft injured outfielders. He would lokely just give Acuna company on the IL. Dude is a great ballplayer just like Acuna but you cant count on him to stay on the field.
@VAWLtron@MLB@MLBPS_US Doesnt take a fan vote for an All-Star game to tell who the most popular players are. Its called Jersey Sales, Merchandise mentions on social media. Trust me they know. The point of an All-Star game are to recognize the best players based on personal statistics for that year.
@VAWLtron@MLB@MLBPS_US So you're saying a player who's having a great or breakout year shouldnt be rewarded as being an All-Star that season? Thats Ludacris. Ronald is still a super-star if he doesnt make the roster but players who are having a great season un-like Ronald deserve the nod over him.
@BrianCaldNBA Going back to the Cavs on a loaded roster for little money to win a championship for his hometown team and take credit for it all when he will be a compliment to Mitchell, Hardin and Mobley, yet again winning a championship with a hand-picked team.... weird
@chiefs94@ByNateTaylor If hes good enough. Yeah! E.g. - Sauce Gardner trade, Jalen Ramsey trade from the Jags to the Rams. Im not guaranteeing that Mansoor is going to be those guys but if the Chiefs think he is then the pick makes sense is all im saying.
@chiefs94@ByNateTaylor Because they can get 4-5 really good years out of him and if hes good enough, you trade him for 2 more first rounders and continue to reload for cheaper corners and you can afford to pay other skill position players like a really expensive QB per say
@TheFan965 People, its perfect, you all talk about parking without thinking whats next door. Union Station can be a hub to bring people downtown mitigating the need for parking. Amtrak or a 3rd party can run more routes on gamedays to drop people off next door!
@KnifeRandal@TheFan965 I get what youre saying currently. Im talking there would have to be some effort involved in ensuring multiple routes are running on gamedays to ensure fans get there on time. It would take some effort but its doable for sure. They have years to plan
@TheFan965 It will take some investment but they have years to figure it out. Literally every downtown stadium has a rail system to bring people from the burbs downtown. We have that too, just need to expand and invest!
