Nigerian troops have killed suspected terrorist leader Kachalla Ibrahim Battijo and dismantled parts of his network during a coordinated operation in Kogi State.

Princeton University’s Innovations for Successful Societies (ISS) program used to track and curate transformational leadership at the subnational level in Nigeria.
4 Nigerian transformative leaders were featured. Bola Tinubu, Donald Duke, Babatunde Fashola and Ahmed Makarfi.
Donald Duke was far ahead of his time. He saw Tinapa, Obudu ranch, clean and green Calabar, and civil service reforms.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu saw the Free trade zone, Eko Atlantic, Tax and institutional reforms, Judicial reforms, civil service digitization.
Obi had nothing in his mind apart from saving money in his bank, and investing state funds in a family beer business. Nothing transformative up till this day can be linked to him.
To be honest, Peter Obi's understanding of governance is very shallow.
1. He does not understand governance and how it is structured.
2. He does not understand the problems of Nigeria. Yet he says he wants to solve the problem.(His confession from the attached video reel)
3. He does not know how our debt is structured.
4. He does not understand the concept of separation of power.
5. He has no idea what debt to revenue ratio means
6. He does not understand how infrastructural development contribute to overall development.
7. He has no idea what are sustainable development goals.
8. He does not know FIFA frowns at government interference in football federation affairs.
9. He talks and validates the viewpoint that he actually knows nothing about almost everything
10. He has no idea how to generate revenue and mechanisms to put in place for it.
I'm not sure why he always builds in very difficult markets. I appreciate the thoughts but bro, nothing good can come out of Insurance tech in Nigeria. Nothing.
Because his greatest competitor is not other insurance companies or startups, his greatest competitor is the blood of Jesus.
So when are you saying “ Tinubu must go”, you must present an ideological alternative that has been tested, proven to have succeeded with evidence and also has the clout/ political capital to galvanize a consensus around his ideas to move the country forward!!!
I have a question about that camera issue.
I recall the video quite well: he went to inspect the place, saw a cam recorder in the group, picked it up, and said it would add to the exhibits collected. That was all.
Everything else that went sideways was from social media. Fashola nor anyone from his side ever claimed they eventually found anything on the camera; in fact, they never mentioned it again. I stand to be corrected.
My question is, in retrospect, what exactly was so controversial about this to the point that it might cast aspersions on his personality, especially since nothing was ever claimed to be found on the camera?
Lmaooooooo, people don't get this part.
Someone said Dino isn't smart, but as dumn as he is, he was able to get get Professors, PhD holders, market women, teachers etc to turn up and give him over 100k votes that sent him to the Senate.
Him smart sehh 😂😂😂
"I will open BRT lane to private operators" is a clearer stance than "I will improve transportation in Lagos"
That's the level of specificity we should get from those vying for office and even public commentary. Less than 12 months to elections and nobody is specific on anything
@olaoluwajedalo@1eedriz There is even a possibility they are dumbing down to us.
The society needs quality education and better health outcomes to be more ubiquitous.
I told someone this last year, that Nigerian leaders have to dumb down to the Level of average Nigerian to remain popular for votes… if they go all out on how smart they are the dumbness of average Nigerians will make them unpopular.
I actually learnt this during my time as president of department in school.
