Shocking service from @HUGOBOSS Bought a shoe from @TheDubaiMall in late Dec. & they gave the incorrect size for 1 shoe. Took them 2 weeks to confirm they don’t have another pair. I live in Riyadh & I had to “make a plan” to return it. They promised to refund me. Still waiting 😡
