Absolutely disgusting service and I wish I had used Royal Mail! I will be going to get my parcel back from the drop off point, as I don’t even trust you with it, and I will be claiming my money back. As long as Inhave breath in my body, I won’t use DHL!!! C.S is shit to zero!

@uk_dhl keep away from DHL, they have to be the worst courier there is, and that’s saying something with the likes of EVRI! DHL you are so much worse! I booked a parcel Thursday and paid for next day Saturday delivery, so the items would arrive today. They were urgent! 1/2

Drop my parcel off 8:10am Friday morning. Great I thought, next day, Saturday delivery. But no, my parcel hasn’t been collected as you don’t collect them the same day, I’ve just contacted you and been told you won’t collect until next Monday and deliver next Saturday! 3/4

I proceeded to the drop off point listed on the email, (10 minute drive away) to be told they don’t take DHL parcels! Ok, so I went home to get wifi and check for another point. I drove there and they said they couldn’t take it as it had the wrong barcode! I finally managed 2/3

@Dominos_UK just collected my pizza, was charge extra for burger sauce and they haven’t put it on, also a severe lack of cheese in some areas. All round a poor quality pizza. Very disappointed. I haven’t ordered from Dominio’s for a while and don’t think I’ll be bothering again.

@Argos_Online customer service is shocking, purchased an item for my daughter for Christmas, it’s faulty, I can’t get back to a store to return, but I’ve just been told this is the only way to get a refund. Disgusting!
