@VANS_66 really do need your help, I've emailed with no reply last week, @YodelOnline are claiming to have delivered my David Bowie Vans and they haven't-which i have proof of.They are refusing to help me and have been nothing but rude. I'd really appreciate a response

@HMRCcustomers Hi Hasham, thank you, I have already started the complaints procedure and contacted the local news stations. Hopefully this will be resolved and learnt from. I will not be letting this issue rest and intend to make it as public as possible

@HMRCcustomers Hi Hasham, it was changed to K696 in error. I was on the phone for 45mins this morning. Was told it would be changed back and refunded in January pay but no apology offered and it doesn't keep a roof over my head. The stress is unbelievable, this shouldn't keep happening
