Celebrating or congratulating in Diwali, Rakhi, Holi and other religious festivals of the disbelievers is not permissible for a Muslim.

It's heartbreaking to see my neighborhood n even the local mosques decorated with lights, loud naat music played on DJs, fairs n festivities, all in the name of celebrating Mawlid. The level of ignorance is painful to witness.
