In Congo 🇨🇩 most children and mothers are suffering, everyone is just trying to survive each day after losing their parents and loved ones including their livelihood.
They now live in camps meanwhile many are being displaced in the forest and thick bushes. When it rains they find it hard to find proper shelter, seeing food is one awhile.
The people of Congo need help. The children are suffering. There is an ongoing Genocide in Congo 🇨🇩.
A man carrying a celebrity unable to walk in her tight dress at the Met Gala is getting more coverage than a father carrying his dead child in Rafah, Gaza.
What a sick twisted world we live in.

I’ve been hearing about many sudden deaths recently. People not waking up, heart attacks, strokes etc. I spoke to a Sudanese doctor and he said one of the unspoken effects of the war is the emotional pain of loss that’s literally leading to cardiovascular deaths.
The war in Sudan is not silent. It's forgotten. The news coming out and about Sudan never stopped. It's either ignored or not shared enough. It's not silent. Muffled maybe but that doesn't change the fact that we have been screaming for 8 months.

Some of those who originally fled to Madani are now returning to Khartoum which is still an active warzone because they dont have the means to flee again, they would rather die in their own homes than be displaced again awaiting an uncertain attack! End this vain war!
Talking about Sudan is like yelling into the void. Doesn’t matter how many rapes, massacres or killings are reported, only a handful are listening. If the country collapses it will be met with a shrug.
I can’t stop thinking of the girl who tweeted asking for the fatwa on committing suicide under war because she’s so terrified of being raped by the militia. I can’t believe this is our reality. our people are losing everything over and over again!!!

my whole tl is sudani’s begging for recognition. For acknowledgment. For help. Why do we have to beg for sympathy? A friendly reminder- selective humanitarianism defeats the purpose of humanitarianism.

Wad Medani - a place of refuge for thousands displaced from Khartoum and a medical care hub - is on fire as reports emerge that the RSF have infiltrated Al-Jazeera state and launched an attack on the state capital.
This is a serious turn for the worse. الله أستر
One of the comments I have been getting *a lot* on my videos (the vast majority are well intentioned) is:
“Why don’t Sudanese do the same kind of coverage that Palestinians do of their struggle?”
And…. well intentioned as it may be… it is very frustrating.
55 people killed every day last month in #Sudan’s vortex of deadly violence.
Expanding now for 238 days.
28,480 people forced to flee every one of these days, to escape.
That’s closing in on 7 million people.
More people than Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Congo 🇨🇬 or El Salvador 🇸🇻.
