Well, it’s over for another year, and what a result! The Bucks & Berks Young Ringers came 4th in the 8-bell call changes competition, fantastic result. To say I’m proud doesn’t even begin to cover it! Also, a shout out to the many organisers, what a location! #RWNYC24

A QP of the 4 Twineham doubles methods at Shottesbrooke this morning. Followed by service ringing at All Saints Boyne Hill, great to have the full 8 ringing on the Sunday before All Saints day!

A very early frosty start for a Quarter Peal at Shottesbrooke after a very busy week. Cubs at bellringing twice, more 41 surprise minor Thursday, new rope fitting at another local tower Friday, striking competition on Saturday!

Nice QP of Cambridge and Ipswich Surprise Minor this morning at Shottesbrooke, then on to Boyne Hill for Sunday service ringing. Now to watch the lionesses, come on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️🥳

@lauraparker68h1 I suggest some dedicated time for learners, especially at the start, when the focus is handling. Having said that, it’s still important for the more experienced ringers to have time and for learners to observe. It’s good to have an understanding of the eventual aim.
