@Mongareokiro1 But that truth is so myopic. The budget that also gives MPs CDF, and bursaries that should fund education, it also caters to corruption and stupid spending on things like state house where even tea is in the budget. Education funding is mandatory and we can always afford it

@MusingsofAwe They cheered for it because they didn't understand that such a model was a gateway to what we have now . The effect of all this will be lower enrollment, meaning less pressure to perform well at the secondary level, resulting in a more stupid citizenry, making even worse choices

@MusingsofAwe Yes, the electorate is at fault here but the ruling class is always willing to destroy the education sector since it makes for an easier citizenry to rule and control since they'll be uneducated. And uneducated people don't make good political choices trapping us in a cycle

@manikiarie Population growth also comes with higher consumption, meaning more tax revenue. The allocation of that revenue is what need to be more efficient otherwise the population becomes a burden to the entire economy, not only the education sector, but everything else like health.

@JullietNjeri Or the tribeless movement was never alive in the first place. The only tribeless demographic is the Gen Z, the rest of the country cannot claim to be members of that movement based on previous voting patterns. Tribalism must not be ignored and it can help get the incumbent out.
