Malta's A high rating has just been confirmed by DBRS on account of our country's economy continuing to grow much faster than our peers, defying experts' expectations once again. They believe our deficit and debt will decrease on the back of our stable policy environment. - RA

Malta strongly condemns the missile attack by Iran on Israel. They must be stopped immediately.

Our solidarity is with the Israeli people, as well as with all communities in the region facing ongoing violence.

This continuing escalation needs to stop.
The consequences of widening regional conflict would be disastrous for all the peoples of the region.

We call on all parties to carefully consider the immediate and long-term ramifications of their decisions.

We reiterate our call for the release of all hostages, an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, increased humanitarian aid to people in these conflict zones and for meaningful dialogue towards lasting solutions.
