@BaltimoreBob420@NFLonCBS@49ers But he wasn't "horrendous" during that streak. He made a few really bad INTs, but he was better than 70% completion percentage and had a QB rating of 82 in Vikings game and 94 in the Browns game, even led them on a GW drive just to see the rookie kicker blow the kick.
@MrMusta03657195 @NFLonCBS@49ers I'll give you the All pro TE and star WRs but that O line is bunk. Other than Trent Williams they are a liability. Purdy just continues to perform in spite of them.
@RecallGavin_NFT@NinerNick_22 That o line is what hasn't been good. Trent is solid but the rest are underperformed and/or getting hurt.
They rank 28th in pass protection. It's another testament to Purdy he's been able to have this level of success with such a shaky line.
@zay_heredia@Coach_Yac Show me Hurts stats without Jason Kelce and Layne Johnson. Or Mahomes stats without Creed Humphrey. But we can't get that scenario because those guys are All Pros who don't get hurt.
@akashanav Yet they got beat by the team we dogwalked in their building week 1. Not worried about these Browns. Even if they slow us down they won't be able to keep up on the offensive side of the ball.
@avidkinlawfan @NinerLogan @ryanghensley Kid will never see the field in Dallas. If Prescott goes down Rush will step in and ball like he did last year.
@QjayNiner@akashanav It wasn't that ugly. Offense scored on 13 points on 3 of 6 possessions in the 2nd half. Rams only had 6 points on 3 of their 7 possessions in the 2nd half, with two takeaways and one turnover on downs. It just could have been better, but it wasn't necessarily "ugly".
@TrekSeason@Coach_Yac The "more focused" team? GTFOH... your super bowl winning coach hasn't won a postseason game since the 2016 season. Good luck on sunday.
@imadzrai@LombardiHimself INTs end drives. 3 and Outs end drives. Unless a pick comes back for six or gives up terrible field position to defend, they both end with giving up the ball. Lance had ok stats in that game Sunday but if you actually watched it, the performance was pretty anemic.
@tonyc920@MaxMarkhamNFL Niners got to 2 out of the last 3 NFC CG in spite of blowing that trade....
To be fair, the fact that Jimmy was a Dawg and Purdy having early success bails them out. I'm not saying let Lynch off the hook but at least it didn't blow up the franchise.
