Day 1 Bryan build log. What actually happened.

The goal: a longevity AI companion. Lives on your phone. Tracks everything. You talk to it on Telegram. (Leveraging Openclaw)

What I shipped in 24h:

iOS app is on my phone. XcodeGen took about 10 iterations to get right. Creature shows in calm state. Onboarding works. App registers with the server. Slept 5 hours doing this, which Bryan would flag as a violation.

Bryan's brain got an upgrade. He now tracks 13 vitamins and 12 minerals at every meal, not just macros. Food write rules are placed right next to food photo rules so he can't miss the logging step. Proactive behavior rules written: max 2 unreplied messages before he goes quiet, silence logic after 6h and 24h, pattern flagging for junk food streaks and missed supplements.

Memory migrated. Killed 1,664 mem0 entries that were noise after 3 days. Moved 10 curated entries to pyx-memory. Less memory, better recall.

Crons and heartbeat live. Daily report at 10pm CST on Sonnet. Heartbeat every 3h on Haiku with data integrity check and anti-bot check as step 0.

Server running as systemd service. Auto-restarts. Survives reboot. 128MB RAM.

What's still broken:

Breathing animation doesn't pulse. Health data not flowing due to a token storage bug. App registers fine but can't authenticate follow-up API calls. Both need fixing tomorrow.

Still to do: token bug fix, LiveActivity extension, weekly report cron, 9 Apple Developer account for Screen Time and Siri.

This is what day 1 looks like. Not a demo. Not a landing page. A thing that runs, mostly.
